An avid sports fan, Phil was a season ticket holder to the San Diego Chargers football games which he attended regularly. He and Pat traveled extensively including a trip to Australia, and several cruises. They were also members of the San Diego Free Wheelers Motor Home Club and enjoyed several years of pleasurable outings with friends.
